Which would you choose?

Here's a couple of cards I made for the chap at work to give to his wife on their wedding anniversary (30 years). I gave him the choice of these and the other one I made previously - which one do you think he chose?

My First Steampunk!

Here's a card that I've made today, using a Kanban Steampunk topper and my new spellbinders dies. This was one of those cards that I've really enjoyed doing, although I really should have been out in the garden weeding, but when you've got some new craft stash it's difficult to resist - isn't it?????

30 years of marriage - what a pearl?

Would love to know whether you feel this would be suitable for a 30th wedding anniversary card from a husband to his wife? I've been asked to make such a card for someone at work, but all I know is that his wife is a florist! Will make another one or two with different verses and designs but would appreciate any comments you would like to make. Thanks :)

Wishing you sunshine all year through

Sorry I've been away for a little while, but been celebrating my birthday with family and friends, but now back to normal and spending the afternoon crafting (is there anything else better to do?) Here's a Little Claire's stamp that arrived yesterday and I am sure you will agree that it's such a lovely image that it brings you a little bit of sunshine even tho' it's about rainy days

Away with the fairies

Here's a selection of Fairy cards I made for a recent fair.  The fairy image in the middle is an 8x8, using my hougie board and spellbinders dies, makes it very effective.  I love the corners on the blue fairy cards - they were a happy accident, I had stamped the images and put them to one side - when I glanced at them, the top right corner had gone under a scalloped circle that I had cut earlier and I thought to myself - I could do that.... the rest is history - altho, it's not as easy as it looks - but still fun - give it a try.

The cat on the wall is a stencil, using Dreamweavers paste - if you haven't tried it please do - it's so much fun and you can get some great effects.

A Little Bit Of Luxury

Here are some cards that I have made recently for special occasions.  They were all 8 x 8" and the recipients all loved them (well at least that's what they told me?)  Please feel free to leave any comments or suggestions (fellow crafters) where I could have improved them.

Yes, a flowery card for a Man!  He used to be a horticulturist and was retiring from a  volunteering  job at our local childrens hospice, where he used to  help out maintaining the gardens.

A silver wedding card for friends of ours who are very special to us.

My beautiful great niece Betsy Blossom was born on January  28th and she certainly lives up to her name bless her, bringing a smile wherever she goes.

My eldest sister celebrated her birthday in March and she certainly deserved a special card.

Of course, Mothers Day, sometimes we don't get the opportunity to say  something nice to our Mums'  when we should,  so this was the perfect occasion to do just that.

Mens Cards - Simples!

Here's a selection of three cards I made today to boost my stock.  Hope you like them.

At Last!!!!

Sorry I have been away for so long - been preparing for another craft fair tomorrow, so only had time to make a couple of cards from my new Joanna Sheen CD - If flowers could talk.  (Would have helped if the CD could have shouted 'I'm down here - between the armchair and the wall' - then I wouldn't have wasted so much time looking through the recycling bin in case I'd thrown it out.  Never mind, hope you like the two I've made and as usual, would appreciate any comments or criticism, thanks.

(Sorry, can't seem to put this photo up the right way - anyone got any suggestions - it was OK in the album???)

Watch This Space!!!!

I have been busy tonight making a couple of cards, which I can't post on here until I have given them to the people they are for - however, when I was looking for something else, I found the Dreamweavers stencil paste and stencil that I recently bought at Alley Pally.  I was so excited!!! So I tried it and liked it, doing it again tomorrow lol!!!!
Anyway, need to let them dry before I put them together, but as soon as I have I will post them for you all to see.

Sometimes it's nice to make smaller cards - 'less is more'
